tender for dry docking repair of w.b mogra for the year 2023 24; 1 beaching, blocking and unblocking including dock hire / mooring ( berthing ) charges as required to be done for repair of vessel. 2 ultrasonic testing to be carried out of underwater hull , deck plate and hull to lwl ship side plate for thickness as per drawing. 3 cropping & renewal of under water plate, deck plate , ship side plate & other fitments after ultrasonic testing report existing plate and as required as per direction of surveyor / eic. 4 main sea suction valve and sea line valves and all fuel line valve ( inlet & outlet ) for main engine and dg set along with its entire pipe lines to checked, tested and serviced , repaired / renewed including other fitment valve in entire ship as per direction of iwt surveyor. 5 labour and consummable charge 6 cost of spare / material actual + 10% basis 7 sea chest ( material : ss plate, thk: 5mm, mud box, strainer ( material : copper, thk 8mm ) is to be checked, cleaned thoroughly, enlarged and paintedas per direction of eic / iwt surveyor 8 labourand consumable charges 9 cost of spare / material actual + 10% basis 10 under water hull plate and side plate to be scrapped, wire brushed and chipped from keel to lwl and painted by threecoats as per painting scheme , as per direction of eic / surveyor. 11 painting of vessel above water level to deck, superstructure, wheel house, toilet, anchor chain compartment , engine rooms, store rooms, all compartments of the vessel including all tanks i.e. fresh water, ballast tank, etc. is to be scrapped, chipped, wirebrushed, cleaned and painting to be done by two coats of exisiting colour marine paint after application of one coat of zinc chromate primer as required as per direction of eic. 12 supply of oil can of capacity 500ml. 13 both sidepropeller shafts and bushes are to be openedfor checkingtheclearance & checking of turness / fairing at the ends of shaft. if rusted or pitted build up of bushes, shaftto be doneand fitted back in oe position as per drawing after fairing with same composition of materials / renewed the bushes, balancing, bedding etc as required as per direction of surveyor / eic. 14 labour charges 15 cost of spare parts / materials and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis. 16 both side propellers to be opened & fitted back after build up of propellers blade with same composition of materials, dressing to profile, bedding & balancing of propellers, bedding of keys etc. as required as per direction of surveyor / eic. 17 labour charge 18 machining charges on actual plus 10% basis. 19 cost of spare parts on actual plus 10% basis. 20 the navigational lights, search light, halogen light, fire alarm, hooter, siren, are reported non functional / defective, same to be checked and rectified the defects as required, with renewal of required materials. line & wiring to be checked and serviced / repairedas required as per direction of eic / surveyor. 21 labour charges 22 cost of spares ( actual + 10% ) 23 top overhauling ofboth main engine make cumminsbhp 270, is to be done with checking and renewal of liner, piston, rings, valves, heads and other accessories alongwith calibration of fuel pump , injectors, cooling water pump, etc as shall be required. cooler, cylinder head & inlet / outlet valves to be cleaned / checked, lapped tappet setting, silencer, checking of exhaust line and self starter ( alternator & dynamo ) , with renewal of spares e.g. gauges, rpm meter, all type of filter, coupling, belt and hose pipe etc. mounted on engine room. , the necessary machining, electric, electronics work is also to be done as required to complete the entire works and make the engine operational as per direction of eic. 24 labour charges 25 cost of spares ( actual bill / invoice + 10% ) 26 hydraulic oil leakages from hydraulic systems in rudder room same to be be checked and rectified the defect and make operational as required as per direction of eic . 27 labour charges 28 cost of spare ( actual+10% ) 29 all tank : fresh water, hsd reserved and service, and sewage tanketc to be cleaned and cemented.sewage tank right side cover plateis to be made and fitted and sea water tank ( port ) bottom plate is to be cropped and new plate of same thickness is to be welded as required as per direction of eic. 30 all bilge to be cleaned properly, bilge cover plates / checkered plate / engine room floor plate to be scrapped, wire brushed and painted by one coat of primer followed by two coat of marine qality paint as required as per direction of eic. 31 rubber beading / packing of all windows of crew cabin and wheel house are worn out and need to be scrapped, cleaned and fitted. 32 labour charges 33 cost of material ( actual+10% ) 34 wooden work in control / wheel house , crew cabin, master cabine, galley and store room window frame, walls and roof, kitchen cupboard and wash basinis to berenewed as required as per direction of eic. 35 labourcharges 36 cost of spare / material actual + 10% basis 37 supply ofplastic chair of reputed make as per direction of eic. 38 supply of12v, 1800 mhd lead acid make life buoy with required standards / certification, vessel name printed, whistle, rope and all necessary accessories as per applicable norms, all complete as required, as per direction of eic /
