Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Geyser At Af Station Bihta ; 1 Material and labour for taking down of electric water heater/Geyser from wall of capacity 25/50ltrs, dismantling/opening the same, servicing, cleaning and replacement of wornout, MS nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc and making the same fully functional, re-assembling, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately). 2 Material and labour for replacement of the following items required in repairs incorporated against items No 1.00 abovecomplete all as specified and as directed. (a)Elect water heater element 2/1.5KW as per existing size and specification. 3 (b) Apparatus (Syphon assembly) plate as per existing size and specification, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 (c)Thermostate switch 30-70ºC ranging.as per existing size and specification, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 (d) Copper vessal (inner tank) weighing 3.5kg suitable for water heater 25 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 (e) Stainless steel vessal (inner tank) suitable for 25 ltrs capacity water heater, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 (f)Copper vesal (inner tank) weighing 4.5kg suitable for 50ltrs capacity water heater, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 (g) Stainless Steel vessal (inner tank) heavy duty suitable for 50ltrs capacity water heater, complete all as specified and as directed. 9 (h) Indicator lamp neon type 230volts and all as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for non return valves cast copper alloy ISI mark 15 mm diaincluding taking out the old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L pressure release valve of brass, inner threaded of 15 mm diaor as per sample approved by EICincluding taking out the old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L pressure release valve of brass outer threaded of 15 mm dia or as per sample approved by EIC including taking out the old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 13 S & F heavy duty steel braided PVC polythene connection with 15mm dia 450mm long with CP brass nuts and PVC washer 02 Nos on each end, suitable for Hot water including taking out the old one, complete all as specified and directed. 14 S & F heavy duty steel braided PVC polythene connection with 15mm dia 450mm long with CP brass nuts and PVC washer 02 Nos on each end, suitable for cold water including taking out the old one, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L PVC insulated copper conductor cable, 3 core, 40/ 0.0076,AC 1100/660 volt, including taking down U/S cable, complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&LMetallic fastener screw 75mm long 8mm dia with bolt for hanging Geyser, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L painting of complete outer body of storage type geyser of capacity 25 to 50 litres with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparing surface and writing of MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 S&F 15 mm dia GI tubing, medium grade, with all GI fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceilings and floors, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for multifunction safety valve of geyser, cast copper alloy, 15 mm dia, ISI marked, including taking out the old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 20 S&F in repair Bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for union, 15mm dia, complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 15 Amp, 240 Volts conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply and replacement of Rubber Gasket flange as per site requirement for 25/50 ltr geyser including taking out the old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S&F 2.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor wire including taking out the old, one all as specified and as directed. 24 Supply only self Adhesive PVC Electrical Insulating Tape roll (1.8cm x 6.5m x 0.125mm) for attending electric complaints, complete all as specified and as directed. 25 S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmmas current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as earth contunity conductor, voltage rating 1100 volt ,ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. 26 S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 4 sqmmas current carrying conductor and one run of 4.0 sqmm as earth contunity conductor, voltage rating 1100 volt ,ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. 27 S&F MCB’s single pole, 10 KA, 6 Amp to 30 Amp, 240 Volts and of C series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided enclouser/distribution board. MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996 including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S&F Electric water heater storage type steel body with copper inner trank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 Litre BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV connection piece etc. Including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 29 S&F MCB’s single pole & neutral, 10 KA, 32 Amp to 40 Amp, 240 Volts and of C series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided enclouser/distribution board. MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996 including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. 30 S&F Sheet metalenclosure with socket plug top and MCBs single pole with a two pin and earth plug andsocket complete with one single pole MCB ofC series of cap 16-32 Ampincluding taking out the old one complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Supply and fix switch socket combination of capacity of 15/16 Amps, 240 volts AC, 6 pin, including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed. 32 Supply and fix top plug of capacity 05/06 Amps suitable for 240 volts AC, incl taking out old one as complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Supply and fix top plug of capacity 15/16 Amps suitable for 240 volts AC, incl taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Taking down old unserviceable MCCB DB and Supply, fixing and connecting up complete MCCB DB TPN 4 way (Vertical), double door, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, with and includingMCCB32 Amps 16 KA, IP-40 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, complete all as specified and as directed. 35 S&F Lamp holder PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.
