1 Supply, installation, testingand commissioning of 40 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 V AC, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF (lag), Silent DG Set (CPCB IV+) comprising of Engine coupled with alternatormounted on a common base frame. The DG set shall comprising of following; 1) The Engine (confirming to IS 10002) developing minimum 56 BHP at 1500 RPM, liquid cooled with radiator and fan, Turbo charged, powered by minimum four (4) strokes, multi cylinder, shall be automatic electric starting by 12 V DC starter motor system (battery capactity 90 Ah) and fitted with Electronic Governor (confirming to IS 10000) 2) DG set is capable of delivering an output of 10% in excess of rated KVA for a period of 1 hr in any period of 12 hrs continous running.3) The alternator (confirming to IS 4722) shall be brushless type, self-excited and self-regulated. The alternator must be provided with IP 23 protection with class-H insulation.Alternator efficiency at 100% load (0.8 pf) is not less than 88% and maximum voltage dip at full load (0.8 pf lag) is less than 20%.4) Instrument Control Panel shall be furnished for the engine and shall be comprising of Push Button, Water temperature gauge, Hour meter with RPM indicator, Lube oil pressure gauge.5) DG set complete with Acoustic enclosure shall be made of Pre-treated and Powder coated CRCA Sheet with vermin proof. Along with Residential Silencer and noise level less than or equal to 75 db at a distance of 1 m from of Acoustic enclosure (confirming toIS 8528- 10). DG accoustic enclosure shall have inbuilt fuel tank of minimum 70 litres capacity and fuel piping (between fuel tank and diesel engine), valves, level indications, oil filter and all standard accessories. MS pipes, heavy class of suitable dia shall be used for fuel piping . Glass window on acoustic enclosure in front of the control panel and emergency stop switch outside the acoustic enclosure.6) DG set should be provided with remote monitoring system to share real time genset information and can be acceseed via mobile device or desktop.7) AVM Pads as per engine manufacturer standard shall be provided for DG set.8) Standard set of tools consisting of a set of 3 spanners, one screw driver, one standard plier and one nose plier of appropriate size shall be provided.9) Type Approval Certicate (as per CPCB IV norms) for the specified rating of the Power Generator from any of the designated agency authorized by CPCB,Type test report for Alternator latest to conform the specications. Company warranty certificate for 2 years on complete DG set shall be provided. 2 Fabrication, Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AMF control panel. The Panel shall be free standing, floor mounted, metal clad cubicle type in construction, to form a compact assembly in dust / damp and vermin proof type, equivalent to IP-53. The thickness of sheet steel members shall not be less than 1.6 mm for cold rolled steel. AMF panel shall be complete with all accessories such as changeover Contactors/MCCBs having sufficient rating, AMF relays etc. for auto changeover of supply from Grid to DG set and vice-versa. Electrical Protections shall be provided through Numerical relays. Required CTs & PTs for metering and protection shall be included. All necessary control and supervisory equipment for the automatic operation of the set shall be included in the panel. Suitable rating of MCCB with over-load and short-circuit protection shall be mounted in the Control Panel for the isolation of loads. MCBs shall be provided for the isolation / protection of control circuit.
